Welcome back to MAFIA II! In part two, we analyze our second gameplay video where Vito and Joe's success on odd-jobs for the Mafia put them on the shortlist to be accepted into the family, but when Vito's riskiness catches up to him, he finds himself being held accountable.

00:01:17 --> 00:01:20 his new job when he and Joe take on another mission.
00:01:22 --> 00:01:26 So, Vito wakes up, drinks his morning beer, spots
00:01:26 --> 00:01:28 a note that Joe left for him on the counter,
00:01:28 --> 00:01:30 He says to head to Freddy's because there's another
00:01:30 --> 00:01:33 job. Well, I think at the start of the game,
00:01:33 --> 00:01:39 we noted that there's a woman who grunted so
00:01:39 --> 00:01:43 loud it sounded like a man hoister. I'm curious
00:01:43 --> 00:01:47 about this person. Yeah. It's at 57 seconds if
00:01:47 --> 00:01:49 you want to look it up. I'm not going to take
00:01:49 --> 00:01:50 complete blame for that. She should look both
00:01:50 --> 00:01:53 ways before crossing the road. And it was just,
00:01:53 --> 00:01:55 it was a love tap. I didn't hit her. But yeah,
00:01:55 --> 00:01:58 the noise she makes. I'm afraid to do it because
00:01:58 --> 00:02:02 I don't want to wake up toast, but we'll insert
00:02:02 --> 00:02:07 it. Vito gets to Freddy's. He and Joe are a bit
00:02:07 --> 00:02:10 uppity about the job last night, but Henry's
00:02:10 --> 00:02:12 pretty good at handling it. He says, relax, this
00:02:12 --> 00:02:14 is a high -risk business. You can go back to
00:02:14 --> 00:02:17 the docks if you want. Their discussion is interrupted
00:02:17 --> 00:02:21 when the camera pans over to this guy at the
00:02:21 --> 00:02:23 counter on the phone, and he's talking so loud
00:02:23 --> 00:02:26 that everyone... could hear his business what
00:02:26 --> 00:02:29 is up with him like i get he couldn't get things
00:02:29 --> 00:02:31 done and that's really what triggers next point
00:02:31 --> 00:02:34 but do we really need to hear a guy who's probably
00:02:34 --> 00:02:37 doing something illegal just draw so much attention
00:02:37 --> 00:02:40 towards himself i'm pretty sure he breaks the
00:02:40 --> 00:02:43 phone too oh my gosh back into the cradle but
00:02:43 --> 00:02:45 yeah he's pissed off about not being paid for
00:02:45 --> 00:02:48 two months and then he like storms over to henry
00:02:48 --> 00:02:52 he's like do it now And either Vito or Joe says,
00:02:52 --> 00:02:54 who was that? And Henry says, somebody you don't
00:02:54 --> 00:02:57 need to know right now. So Henry then outlines
00:02:57 --> 00:03:00 the job. It sounds like the boss, whoever that
00:03:00 --> 00:03:02 is, lent a man money to start a jewelry store,
00:03:03 --> 00:03:05 but he's not paying it back fast enough. So they're
00:03:05 --> 00:03:08 taking it back in jewels, plus extra for their
00:03:08 --> 00:03:12 trouble. Joe says he has a plan. He makes it
00:03:12 --> 00:03:15 sound pretty easy. He says that basically they
00:03:15 --> 00:03:17 just need to lockpick, and they're in. I don't
00:03:17 --> 00:03:21 know why Vito keeps trusting Joe. I would never.
00:03:21 --> 00:03:24 What has he done? I mean, honestly. Besides help
00:03:24 --> 00:03:28 him desert. If he really needed help and Joe
00:03:28 --> 00:03:29 wanted to show his loyalty, he would have helped
00:03:29 --> 00:03:32 out Vito's sister. He could have just borrowed
00:03:32 --> 00:03:35 or lent them money. There was no need to drag
00:03:35 --> 00:03:37 Vito into this and Vito should have accepted
00:03:37 --> 00:03:42 it. Six hours later, they're in disguise on site
00:03:42 --> 00:03:44 and things go well until a car crashes into the
00:03:44 --> 00:03:47 store. Turns out this is a rival group led by
00:03:47 --> 00:03:50 a Brian O 'Neill. Who is also here to rob the
00:03:50 --> 00:03:55 store in a less under -the -radar fashion. The
00:03:55 --> 00:03:58 way they come in is they're crashing through
00:03:58 --> 00:04:01 a whole building. And I don't know what kind
00:04:01 --> 00:04:05 of experienced robbery crew would do that. Why
00:04:05 --> 00:04:08 would you draw so much attention to you guys?
00:04:08 --> 00:04:13 And what are the coincidences of having two different...
00:04:13 --> 00:04:15 groups of people robbing the same place at the
00:04:15 --> 00:04:18 same time with the police right on their tails
00:04:18 --> 00:04:23 i think someone set rito and joe up there's no
00:04:23 --> 00:04:26 way that that's happening at the same time it
00:04:26 --> 00:04:28 is pretty sketchy one of them might even say
00:04:28 --> 00:04:31 like it was a setup or something i can't remember
00:04:31 --> 00:04:34 yeah someone says something like that so which
00:04:34 --> 00:04:37 is why i'm thinking that either henry's working
00:04:37 --> 00:04:40 with the irish and trying to get everyone arrested
00:04:40 --> 00:04:43 at the same time But there's no need to do that.
00:04:43 --> 00:04:44 He could have just let the cops on. So I don't
00:04:44 --> 00:04:49 understand how. Yeah. And who's being set up
00:04:49 --> 00:04:53 because Brian O 'Neill gets arrested. So it seems
00:04:53 --> 00:04:57 like everyone's being set up. Vito and Joe make
00:04:57 --> 00:05:00 a run for it when the cops show up and they run
00:05:00 --> 00:05:04 to the roof. It's snowing. And they decide to
00:05:04 --> 00:05:07 shimmy across the side of the building in the
00:05:07 --> 00:05:12 snow on a high rise building. I think I would
00:05:12 --> 00:05:15 let the cops shoot me and hope I live. I would
00:05:15 --> 00:05:17 never face outwards. I think that's the conversation
00:05:17 --> 00:05:20 I asked you when watching is, if I did have to,
00:05:20 --> 00:05:23 is it better to face outwards or face against
00:05:23 --> 00:05:26 the wall and hug and grip the sides? I think
00:05:26 --> 00:05:31 I would keep it low. I'd probably crawl and have
00:05:31 --> 00:05:34 one hand on the billboard thing that was there
00:05:34 --> 00:05:38 and just hope for the best. But ideally, I would
00:05:38 --> 00:05:42 hope to never be. in such a situation they do
00:05:42 --> 00:05:44 manage to escape though and this is where o 'neill
00:05:44 --> 00:05:47 and his crew get arrested joe takes the jewels
00:05:47 --> 00:05:50 and veto heads home can we pause on that yeah
00:05:50 --> 00:05:54 we didn't like that did we no no why would why
00:05:54 --> 00:05:57 would you trust joe again isn't that what got
00:05:57 --> 00:05:59 you in trouble in the first place and sent to
00:05:59 --> 00:06:03 war i don't know i don't know if if you asked
00:06:03 --> 00:06:05 me to give you the jewels and then i got in jail
00:06:05 --> 00:06:08 and you never did anything to help me out i don't
00:06:08 --> 00:06:10 know if i would trust you again with giving you

00:06:12 --> 00:06:15 can't they both go you know hand the jewels over
00:06:15 --> 00:06:18 why is it just joe i'm surprised that joe doesn't
00:06:18 --> 00:06:21 backstab him though get them in the scene and
00:06:21 --> 00:06:26 we know he doesn't get backstabbed he's a unintentional
00:06:26 --> 00:06:30 backstabber that's the way i see it So, it's
00:06:30 --> 00:06:32 already Chapter 5, The Buzzsaw. We're at Joe's
00:06:32 --> 00:06:35 apartment, February 20th, 1945. So I'll spend
00:06:35 --> 00:06:39 a few days. Last, we left off on the 11th. Vito
00:06:39 --> 00:06:41 and Joe are commissioned to help with a high
00:06:41 --> 00:06:43 -stakes mission that could cement their entry
00:06:43 --> 00:06:46 into the family. We learn a bit more about Henry
00:06:46 --> 00:06:49 and the inner workings of the Mafia. Starting
00:06:49 --> 00:06:53 out this scene, who is this lady? She's useless.
00:06:53 --> 00:06:56 I'm entirely confused. Why is she there? Why
00:06:56 --> 00:06:59 do we care about her? And why? I don't get it,
00:06:59 --> 00:07:02 because it was like, when Vito first got back,
00:07:02 --> 00:07:04 this is when we meet her, or we see her in the
00:07:04 --> 00:07:06 bar, and Vito's the one, like, checking her out.
00:07:07 --> 00:07:10 But now she's, like, with Joe? And I'm just confused.
00:07:10 --> 00:07:12 Like, I don't know why she's here. I don't trust
00:07:12 --> 00:07:15 her. I mean, she's still kind of flirty with
00:07:15 --> 00:07:18 Vito, so maybe she's using Joe to get closer
00:07:18 --> 00:07:25 to Vito? I don't know. Kinda. Extremely. She
00:07:25 --> 00:07:27 tells Vito that Joe wants him to come to Freddy's
00:07:27 --> 00:07:31 for lunch, so Vito heads out. And once outside,
00:07:31 --> 00:07:33 he witnesses this lady get rear -ended by some
00:07:33 --> 00:07:37 guy. Vito steps in and she's grateful and says,
00:07:37 --> 00:07:40 Want to come over to my place for a piece of
00:07:40 --> 00:07:45 pie? Vito declines. And he's going to continue
00:07:45 --> 00:07:48 on to Freddy's, but hold on. What's going on
00:07:48 --> 00:07:52 at 1347? I feel like a line is crossed here.
00:07:53 --> 00:07:56 What? Does she booty bump him in the crotch?
00:07:56 --> 00:08:02 She booty bumps him, but why was that necessary?
00:08:02 --> 00:08:05 I mean, she's flirting with him. I get that.
00:08:05 --> 00:08:07 But in this game, I don't know how they design
00:08:07 --> 00:08:09 games and stuff, but why did they add these frames?
00:08:09 --> 00:08:13 They had to put attention behind it. Right. Ma
00:08:13 --> 00:08:19 'am, keep your buns to yourself. Keep your buns
00:08:19 --> 00:08:22 away from Vito's hot dog. He's not interested.
00:08:23 --> 00:08:27 I don't know if there's like a side mission that
00:08:27 --> 00:08:30 involves her that I just didn't do or what, but
00:08:30 --> 00:08:33 they make her seem so important. And then I don't
00:08:33 --> 00:08:36 know if we ever see her again after this. So
00:08:36 --> 00:08:38 I'm confused by her. I don't get it. That's useless.
00:08:39 --> 00:08:42 So finally at Freddy's, we meet Luca Garino.
00:08:43 --> 00:08:45 Luca congratulates Vito and Joe on a job well
00:08:45 --> 00:08:48 done. Is this the guy that was on the phone?
00:08:49 --> 00:08:53 I forgot to pull it up. Pull up the video. So
00:08:53 --> 00:08:54 one of them is the phone guy. I don't know if
00:08:54 --> 00:08:57 it's Luca or the guy dealing out the bitch slap.
00:08:58 --> 00:09:02 Dracula looking guy is the guy on the phone.
00:09:03 --> 00:09:07 Is that Luca? So this guy with wrinkles with
00:09:07 --> 00:09:10 the thin mustache. Let me fast forward. He's
00:09:10 --> 00:09:14 the guy who gets slapped. So that's Luca. This
00:09:14 --> 00:09:17 greasy guy's Luca. He gets slapped. Yeah. So
00:09:17 --> 00:09:21 who's this guy? I don't know. We don't know him.
00:09:21 --> 00:09:24 Okay, question answered, though. So we're meeting
00:09:24 --> 00:09:29 Phone Guy, who's Luca. And he then states he's
00:09:29 --> 00:09:31 wondering if they're ready to take the next step.
00:09:31 --> 00:09:34 I'm talking about taking somebody out. Just because
00:09:34 --> 00:09:37 someone points his finger at him and tells you
00:09:37 --> 00:09:39 to do it. Before we get into this, it was in
00:09:39 --> 00:09:42 this scene that I realized Vito has blue eyes.
00:09:43 --> 00:09:47 What? And that seems genetically improbable.
00:09:48 --> 00:09:53 You're lying. Hold on. I have Googled this already.
00:09:54 --> 00:09:58 No, he doesn't. Look for the close -ups. Okay,
00:09:58 --> 00:10:03 it is. Okay, but I found information on this.
00:10:03 --> 00:10:07 Okay. Number one. One to 19 % in all of Italy,
00:10:07 --> 00:10:10 which is a wide range. I couldn't find anything
00:10:10 --> 00:10:13 for Sicily specifically. But what I did find
00:10:13 --> 00:10:16 in the lore is that he's supposed to have brown
00:10:16 --> 00:10:18 eyes, but the remaster just kind of f***ed him
00:10:18 --> 00:10:23 up. Oh. I don't know. I don't know why they gave
00:10:23 --> 00:10:26 him blue eyes. Can we talk about how quickly
00:10:26 --> 00:10:29 we escalate the scene, though? We go from a casual
00:10:29 --> 00:10:33 jewelry store robbery to, I mean, like, you did
00:10:33 --> 00:10:37 shoot some people escaping the police. But, like,
00:10:37 --> 00:10:41 we're going from unintentional shooting, somewhat
00:10:41 --> 00:10:42 you could debate and say it's self -defense,
00:10:43 --> 00:10:47 to outright murder and homicide. In response
00:10:47 --> 00:10:50 to the idea of taking out a hit, Vito references
00:10:50 --> 00:10:53 his time in war and being like, yeah, I killed
00:10:53 --> 00:10:56 people all the time. It's fine. But Luca says
00:10:56 --> 00:10:58 this will be different. It's not so much just
00:10:58 --> 00:11:02 killing the bad guys. It's whoever we tell you
00:11:02 --> 00:11:10 to. No questions asked. And to me, Vito has no
00:11:10 --> 00:11:13 reaction. And I find that deeply disturbing.
00:11:13 --> 00:11:16 I don't know what to think about him right now.
00:11:16 --> 00:11:21 I'm concerned with how willing he is, much more
00:11:21 --> 00:11:23 so than Joe, even though Joe seems like the guy
00:11:23 --> 00:11:26 who's like, I could do anything and I'm in the
00:11:26 --> 00:11:32 mafia kind of situation. For Vito, what is this
00:11:32 --> 00:11:35 character arc? Like, what direction is it heading
00:11:35 --> 00:11:40 into if he is the good guy, but yet so easy?
00:11:40 --> 00:11:42 Like, I was in the war and therefore I can kill.
00:11:42 --> 00:11:48 He has no morals or... empathy or reactions yeah
00:11:48 --> 00:11:51 i keep waiting for guilt to enter the equation
00:11:51 --> 00:11:55 guilt for deserting guilt for you know killing
00:11:55 --> 00:12:00 people even if it was in war guilt for doing
00:12:00 --> 00:12:02 these things that his mother doesn't want him
00:12:02 --> 00:12:05 to do all the people that have died so far and
00:12:05 --> 00:12:07 then like he just has no reaction here i'm like
00:12:07 --> 00:12:10 he just seems completely disconnected i don't
00:12:10 --> 00:12:13 even know if he has emotions like where are his
00:12:13 --> 00:12:19 emotions at agreed and they make a big deal like
00:12:19 --> 00:12:22 we'll see this repeatedly we make a really big
00:12:22 --> 00:12:26 deal about him being a war hero but we never
00:12:26 --> 00:12:29 really explore what does that mean we want to
00:12:29 --> 00:12:32 explore does he feel guilty or does he have any
00:12:32 --> 00:12:36 issues since being in the war I can't figure
00:12:36 --> 00:12:38 him out. And I don't know if the game, you know,
00:12:38 --> 00:12:40 when they keep mentioning the medals and the
00:12:40 --> 00:12:42 awards, if that's the game trying to help us
00:12:42 --> 00:12:46 be like, oh, he did his time. So don't feel bad
00:12:46 --> 00:12:49 about him deserting, basically. But a good person
00:12:49 --> 00:12:51 would feel bad about deserting. I don't care
00:12:51 --> 00:12:54 how many medals they got. And he didn't want
00:12:54 --> 00:12:56 to be there in the first place. You know, I just,
00:12:56 --> 00:13:01 I don't get it. I don't get Vito. So if he completes
00:13:01 --> 00:13:02 this job, they have a chance of being accepted
00:13:02 --> 00:13:05 into the family. After you pay the initiation
00:13:05 --> 00:13:09 fee, of course, which is five grand each. Vito,
00:13:09 --> 00:13:12 you're trying to get money to pay off your family's
00:13:12 --> 00:13:15 debt. You should not be entertaining a five grand
00:13:15 --> 00:13:17 entrance fee to the mafia. I don't understand
00:13:17 --> 00:13:22 why he would even consider that because him coming
00:13:22 --> 00:13:24 back, doing all these jobs was for money, not
00:13:24 --> 00:13:27 for entertainment, not for finding a purpose
00:13:27 --> 00:13:31 in life. Joe should be telling Vito, I'll cover
00:13:31 --> 00:13:33 it or... Vito, you don't need to do this. You're
00:13:33 --> 00:13:36 here for the money. Let me remind you again as
00:13:36 --> 00:13:40 your friend. Vito questions Henry, who says that
00:13:40 --> 00:13:43 it's his contract, but he needs some help. So
00:13:43 --> 00:13:46 it's sounding like this guy's a real challenge.
00:13:46 --> 00:13:49 It's sort of a kill or be killed situation. Vito
00:13:49 --> 00:13:52 finally arrives at the stakeout apartment. We
00:13:52 --> 00:13:54 learn here that Henry's father sent him to the
00:13:54 --> 00:13:56 U .S. to work for Clemente when the war started
00:13:56 --> 00:14:00 and that his father died in jail. And they're
00:14:00 --> 00:14:02 just casually standing by the window having these
00:14:02 --> 00:14:06 conversations. Yeah, our boys are not subtle.
00:14:06 --> 00:14:08 We've got the windows wide open in the middle
00:14:08 --> 00:14:12 of winter. Joe's snoring audibly. Speaking of
00:14:12 --> 00:14:14 Joe, when Henry says that his father died in
00:14:14 --> 00:14:17 jail, Vito asks, how is your English so good?
00:14:17 --> 00:14:20 Because he grew up in Sicily. But before Henry
00:14:20 --> 00:14:23 can answer, Joe interrupts him, having spotted
00:14:23 --> 00:14:27 their guy. So that's kind of weird. Why is he
00:14:27 --> 00:14:32 so good at English? Why do we care? I think just
00:14:32 --> 00:14:35 because he grew up in Sicily. So Vito's confused.
00:14:36 --> 00:14:38 Because the war is still ongoing, so he hasn't
00:14:38 --> 00:14:41 been here very long. If he got sent over when
00:14:41 --> 00:14:45 the war started. After their very not subtle
00:14:45 --> 00:14:48 stakeout, a shootout begins and we have to chase
00:14:48 --> 00:14:51 after our mark. So we run into this whiskey factory.
00:14:52 --> 00:14:56 We're shooting. We're blasting. Joe. You're hitting
00:14:56 --> 00:14:59 hard liquor straight from the bottle during a
00:14:59 --> 00:15:02 firefight. When did he find the opportunity to
00:15:02 --> 00:15:06 grab that? And he needs to go to AA because if
00:15:06 --> 00:15:10 he needs hard liquor while doing a job and he's
00:15:10 --> 00:15:12 going to be drunk and impaired, he probably can't
00:15:12 --> 00:15:15 drive and is not helping anyone in that situation.
00:15:16 --> 00:15:18 They're making it hard for me to like the characters
00:15:18 --> 00:15:20 in this game. So far, I only really like Henry.
00:15:21 --> 00:15:23 Yeah. So they eventually fight their way up to
00:15:23 --> 00:15:26 their mark. I'm not sure we get a name other
00:15:26 --> 00:15:31 than Porky. Henry sticks his gun in his mouth.
00:15:31 --> 00:15:35 Not a euphemism, literally. But he begs with
00:15:35 --> 00:15:39 Henry to let him live for his wife. And Henry
00:15:39 --> 00:15:41 says, you should have thought about your wife
00:15:41 --> 00:15:45 before. Don Clemente sends his regards. This
00:15:45 --> 00:15:48 whole scene is so dramatic. The fact that the
00:15:48 --> 00:15:51 Porky guy is really dramatic in the scene with
00:15:51 --> 00:15:55 Henry. And there's some sarcasm thrown in. I
00:15:55 --> 00:16:00 like it, but at the same time, come on. And they
00:16:00 --> 00:16:03 call women dramatic when you have guys like this.
00:16:03 --> 00:16:06 My only other note on this exchange, and it's
00:16:06 --> 00:16:08 been a long time, so I don't recall, but I wrote,
00:16:08 --> 00:16:14 Henry's voice here is delicious. Oh, my gosh.
00:16:15 --> 00:16:19 I need to find out who the voice actor is. I
00:16:19 --> 00:16:23 need to find it now. Sonny Marinelli. He looks
00:16:23 --> 00:16:30 like Jeff Probst mixed with Ben Stiller? What?
00:16:31 --> 00:16:34 What's his name again? I'm looking it up. Sonny
00:16:34 --> 00:16:39 Marinelli. He does look like Jeff Probst mixed
00:16:39 --> 00:16:45 with Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson. Just a hint
00:16:45 --> 00:16:49 of Owen Wilson. Yeah. Okay, okay, I can see where

00:26:27 --> 00:26:30 like that? That's just going to lead you to get
00:26:30 --> 00:26:33 hurt by Luca and Henry when he leaves jail. Yeah,

00:26:36 --> 00:26:38 some reason. And he gave us this guy's name.
00:26:38 --> 00:26:42 But Galante says he doesn't like Clemente. So

00:27:03 --> 00:27:08 nah. You don't do it. So we have a few more fights.

00:27:11 --> 00:27:15 point, Vito is informed that he has a visitor.
00:27:16 --> 00:27:20 Lo and behold, it's his sister. But it's a shocking
00:27:20 --> 00:27:23 bomb that she drops that she's getting married
00:27:23 --> 00:27:26 and their mom isn't doing well. Yeah, I don't
00:27:26 --> 00:27:28 know how long he's been in here at this point.
00:27:28 --> 00:27:31 Yeah. I think it's maybe a couple years into
00:27:31 --> 00:27:34 his 10 years. I have trouble with this scene
00:27:34 --> 00:27:39 because or the following scene too. His relationship
00:27:39 --> 00:27:41 with his mom and his sister is really weird.
00:27:41 --> 00:27:44 We never really see much connection between them.
00:27:44 --> 00:27:47 So, and I'm going to fast forward a bit. When

00:27:58 --> 00:28:02 if you're not really going to utilize that story
00:28:02 --> 00:28:06 and relationship arc to benefit Vito's ability

00:28:11 --> 00:28:14 mafia if he hadn't gotten arrested? He tells
00:28:14 --> 00:28:18 Francesca to go to Joe's and take my money, use
00:28:18 --> 00:28:22 it for your wedding, and to get mom a good doctor.
00:28:22 --> 00:28:26 So he obviously had more money than just paying
00:28:26 --> 00:28:28 the loan shark back, right? So he could have
00:28:28 --> 00:28:30 walked away from the mafia sooner. And also,
00:28:30 --> 00:28:32 why'd he wait so long to pay them back if he
00:28:32 --> 00:28:35 has this extra money at Joe's? I don't understand
00:28:35 --> 00:28:39 that. After everything that happened, he shows
00:28:39 --> 00:28:43 no remorse about his wrongdoings. He's sad that
00:28:43 --> 00:28:46 his mom died, but he's not sad that he did what
00:28:46 --> 00:28:49 he did, landed in jail, and he never got to see
00:28:49 --> 00:28:52 his mom again. Mm -hmm. I struggle with that.
00:28:52 --> 00:28:55 Yeah. I'm struggling to find the moral appeal
00:28:55 --> 00:28:59 of Vito. One more week later, he's waking up

00:29:17 --> 00:29:19 then the guard comes up and just pees in the
00:29:19 --> 00:29:21 one he just cleaned. And then why'd he zip his
00:29:21 --> 00:29:25 fly up with such gusto like that? Why do we need
00:29:25 --> 00:29:29 this? It's so unnecessary. And before we even
00:29:29 --> 00:29:33 start the scene... It starts out with men sharing
00:29:33 --> 00:29:38 with their boxers on together. I guess that was
00:29:38 --> 00:29:40 the easiest way for them to go about not having
00:29:40 --> 00:29:42 nudity. Well, maybe they just shouldn't even
00:29:42 --> 00:29:45 make that scene. Well, yeah, because speaking
00:29:45 --> 00:29:49 of nudity, I was playing, obviously. And then
00:29:49 --> 00:29:51 I saw like a collectible, like, oh, cool, collectible.
00:29:51 --> 00:29:53 I pick it up and it's just boobs in my face.
00:29:54 --> 00:29:59 I'm like, whoa. It's like some pinup thing. So
00:29:59 --> 00:30:02 I had to do like a hard cut in the gameplay at

00:32:40 --> 00:32:42 says that he's going to have a lot of explaining

00:32:44 --> 00:32:48 join the family. And Vito says, like, explaining
00:32:48 --> 00:32:51 to who. I thought Clemente was the boss. There's
00:32:51 --> 00:32:54 more than one family in Empire Bay. There's three.
00:32:54 --> 00:32:56 Each family controls their own neighborhoods.
00:32:57 --> 00:33:00 There's a system of rules. And if there's any
00:33:00 --> 00:33:02 disagreements, the bosses of all the families
00:33:02 --> 00:33:05 meet to work things out. That's the commission.

00:33:09 --> 00:33:12 and Frank Vinci. And it sounds like Galante's
00:33:12 --> 00:33:14 pretty tight with Vinci. And this is who he's

00:33:16 --> 00:33:20 reduced. Which he does. I am frustrated with
00:33:20 --> 00:33:22 that. I'm frustrated with how the game is rewarding
00:33:22 --> 00:33:26 Vito by being a bad person. I'll get more into
00:33:26 --> 00:33:28 depth with this at the end of the game, and I
00:33:28 --> 00:33:30 don't want to talk too much about it, but my
00:33:30 --> 00:33:32 thought about Vito right now, and I haven't seen
00:33:32 --> 00:33:35 the third game, I don't know if he's in it, but
00:33:35 --> 00:33:38 I like his character if he's being set up to
